The Throw will include Conventional Knife and Hawk as well as No Spin. It will also feature an
assortment of Games – including the return of the Woodswalk!

IKTHOF Standard rules apply for Conventional Knife & Hawk. http://ikthof.com/. All Games will
be thrown using the conventional Spin style except Woodswalk, which can be thrown Spin or NoSpin
style.
There will be a Required Throwers (Throwers, Scorekeepers, Range Masters and Range Officers)
meeting at 8:30am each morning.
• Saturday, August 26, 2017 starting at 9am, the Conventional Knife throwing competition
will begin. In addition, one of the Games will be run during this time.
o Conventional Hawk competition will begin shortly after conventional Knife.
o No-Spin competition will begin shortly after the conventional Hawk.
• Saturday, August 26, 2017 evening, the Awards Ceremony and Dinner will be held after the
completion of the day’s events.
• Sunday, August 27, 2017 starting at 9 am, more Games and the Woodswalk will begin.
• Sunday, August 27, 2017 afternoon, the Games Award Ceremony will be held after the
completion of the day’s events.
Prizes will be awarded to the winners of the Conventional Knife and Hawk competitions in both
Pro and Amateur Division as well as to the winners of the No-Spin competition and the Games.
All Participants and Spectators will be required to sign a Waiver

◊ Woodswalk – A unique Game that will challenge your knife and hawk skills, your endurance, and your ability to
judge distances. Up to 20 targets will be hidden along a trail through the woods and throwers will proceed
along the trail engaging each target with one knife and one hawk.

Thrower Fees: Includes all throwing events, Saturday night Awards Dinner, water & coffee all day
• $65.00 early-bird registration fee if postmarked by August 1, 2017
• $75.00 after August 1, 2017 or Day of Throw (cash only)

Non-Thrower Dinner Fee: $10.00
We encourage you to register early, as this will help us plan a better event for you.
