AxeVentures is the perfect place for birthdays, team-building or just general fun. We visited to celebrate our son’s 16th birthday and we were totally blown away by how efficient, organized and helpful their team was! In 75 minutes they managed to teach everyone all the necessary basics while still keeping it safe; plus made sure that even though there were multiple groups present everybody had a great time – mission accomplished!. What an awesome experience – seriously don’t miss out on this one folks! – S

Nick taught my friends and I the fine art of axe throwing—a skill that’s sure to come in handy one day! He was super informative while still being professional. Plus, this place had a killer parking lot–you’d never be able to find street parking around downtown San Jose if you tried! The indoor setup included open blinds for extra airflow plus an accessible back door- very convenient indeed. – J

If you’ve ever wanted to channel your inner Viking, axe-throwing is the perfect way! Recently I had a blast going with my company’s meetup group – and we got an awesome deal for one hour of throwing axes until our arms were too tired. It was surprisingly safe – so don’t worry about Jon Snow levels of bloodshed – plus it’s super fun (and cheaper) if you bring friends along for moral support… just make sure not to aim at them 😉 – S

If you’re looking for an adventure, axe throwing is the perfect way to get your heart racing – just make sure to don some suitable shoes! Even if it’s cramped in this little spot, there are plenty of options with a selection of seven lanes and five types of axes. As well as all that fun stuff they even offer coaching upon request so you can hone those skills like a true Viking warrior! And if competition isn’t enough then why not take part in one their unique axe challenges? Let battle commence… – A

Who knew that throwing axes could be so much fun? My husband and I had an epic day date, laughing the whole way through! The instructors were super cool, incredibly helpful and encouraging. Plus they really gave us our space to get creative; there was a variety of axe styles to choose from so we got to test out different techniques with ease (not needing any medical attention!). Add in some great music playing quietly in the background – it all just came together perfectly for a truly enjoyable experience. We’ll definitely make sure ‘axe-ing’ is on our calendar again soon! – C

Our group had an amazing time at this place! After a brief tutorial from their super helpful staff, we each felt like Robin Hood as soon as the arrows flew our way. Not to mention they kept tabs on us and gave some personalized pointers every now and then – talk about great customer service! All in all, it was such an awesome experience that none of us wanted leave – but fear not, because we will definitely be coming back for more adventurous fun very soon! – C

Our axe-cellent instructors made sure we really nailed it in under 20 minutes – even with the slightly dull axes that needed a bit more force to stick (but don’t go overboard or you’ll end up rebounding!). Don’t forget about those tiny throwing stars – they’re real crowd pleasers! And, if your budget is tight, do yourself a solid and get Groupon tickets for sessions lasting around 1 ¼ hours. Trust us; getting in on the Glow In The Dark experience at 7:30 PM will be worth every penny… Especially when you can score discounts of over 20% off beyond your first visit! Time to sharpen those skills? We’d definitely recommend it! – M

Axe throwing was rad! Nikko, Vega, Jarred, Lucca and Caleb were the most helpful coaching team ever. Between my tons of questions and their patience (and good music!), it made for a hilariously awesome experience that I’m planning to repeat ASAP. Cheers guys – you rock! – S

Who knew axe-throwing could be such a liberating experience? My first time trying it was full of surprises! Picture this: an indoor space filled with the sweet smell of fresh air and axes that only barely break your arm. But, wait– there’s more! Not just any old axes; they’ve got lightweight ones to moderate heavies so you can channel your inner lumberjack without worrying about getting overworked (or too much chopping!). It turns out even novice axers like myself have nothing to fear – as long as we follow our trainers’ instructions, safety is guaranteed for everyone involved in some slicing & dicing fun!! – S

AxeVentures was a blast! Not only were the staff top-notch, but their stylish setup took it up another level. If you’re looking for some fun with a bit of an edge (get it?), then this is definitely worth visiting and chucking some axes around! – M
